A NOTE ON PRIVACY

Your references.
Your creative space.

Accounts and guest access

Frame uses ChatGPT sign-in. The hosting service provides your account identifier, email and, when available, name. Frame uses the identifier to keep your allowance and briefs separate from everyone else’s. Your email and name are displayed to you but are not copied into Frame’s database.

Guest access uses a secure, essential browser cookie. It remembers your guest session and its five-analysis allowance for up to one year. Where the hosting service provides a network address, Frame keeps a keyed hash to enforce guest limits; raw network addresses are not saved in Frame’s application database. People on a shared connection may share a guest limit. Signing in gives each account its own allowance.

Video analysis

When you request an analysis, your video link or uploaded file is sent through Frame to Google Gemini. Frame does not store video files. Gemini processes up to the first two minutes. The request disables Gemini interaction storage, but Google’s API data terms still apply. Only submit references you have permission to use and are comfortable sending to Google.

Frame stores the generated brief, an irreversible request fingerprint, processing status and usage record in its protected database. The latest 20 briefs are available through your account or guest session. Older records are retained for usage accounting and recovery. Frame’s account endpoints authorize access using your signed-in identity or secure guest session.

Your local library

Items you explicitly save to My library are kept in this browser’s local storage. They do not sync between devices. Removing an item from that library removes the local copy; it does not remove the original analysis record from your account. Download important briefs before clearing browser data.

No payment details

The current launch is free. There is no payment checkout and Frame does not collect card details. Guest and member allowances are one-time limits, not subscriptions.

Service providers

The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure, ChatGPT sign-in, Google Gemini for analysis, and Google Fonts for typography. Each provider handles the requests needed to supply its service under its own terms.
